Shipping policy

Jwicks candle orders over $50 always ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping prices are available from UPS or USPS or you can opt for a $7 flat fee for USPS priority shipping. 

When using a discount code, if your total amount due after the discount is applied is under $50, you will not be eligible for free shipping. 

All orders ship the same day if the order is placed before 2pm EST

In the event an order is damaged in transit, please provide a photo to info@jwicks.com and we will either return your money or ship a replacement.
